Items are made to order and dispatched directly from the closest fulfilment centre to your delivery address.
We will send an email with courier details and a tracking reference once your order is on the move. If your order has exceeded the delivery timescale to your country of address, please contact us for further assistance.

Due to high volumes, majority of our order fulfilment process is automated to ensure the demand of our customers are quickly and efficiently completed.
We cannot accept requests to change an items colour, size, quantity or design once an order has been placed. Any requests to cancel may be difficult due to the above and therefore we cannot guarantee a cancelation request will be successful.
If you would still like to make a request, please contact us as soon as possible. We will get back to you and let you know if the cancelation is successful.
You can return an item within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. This excludes some items such as personalized items or health and beauty products.
